Product Description
Borosilicate gauge glass is widely used for direct liquid-level observation and process viewing in boilers, tanks, pressure vessels, pipelines and industrial equipment. Its low thermal expansion, good optical clarity and chemical durability make it more suitable than ordinary soda-lime glass for applications involving heat and controlled temperature changes.
Kunyo supplies borosilicate gauge glass in four principal forms: Reflex Gauge Glass, Transparent Gauge Glass, Circular Sight Glass, Borosilicate Glass Tube and Irregular Shape Glass. Each product form is designed for a different observation method and installation structure.
Reflex gauge glass provides a high-contrast liquid-level indication through precision-moulded prisms. Transparent gauge glass allows direct observation of liquid color, clarity and interface conditions. Circular sight glass provides an observation window for tanks, pipelines and pressure vessels, while borosilicate glass tubes are used in tubular level gauges, flow indicators and other industrial equipment.
Standard sizes and customized products are available. The appropriate glass type, dimensions and thickness should be selected according to the operating temperature, pressure, process medium, sealing method and equipment design.
